Oh Boy!

My face in this picture is too good!  

looking at the picture, it's pretty obvious it's a boy! So Crazy! 

Oh Boy! We're having a Boy!

and we couldn't be more thrilled.

Before our ultrasound yesterday I made two cards one for boy and one for girl, we told the ultrasound technician not to tell us what we were having but rather put the picture in the correct envelope for us to open later. 

She let us look at the baby before she figured out what he was and he has grown so much!! We could see his little arm and hand and counted all 5 fingers, his other arm was hanging out behind his head. Then the coolest thing happened he opened his mouth! I didn't think he could do that for some reason and it was so amazing to see that he already had that much control over his body.  And he loved to open his mouth too doing it over and over like he was taking in big gulps of water. Seeing him that developed and awesome immediately made me cry.

She said that everything looked great and his heart was measuring perfectly! I'm so grateful he has been healthy so far it worries me a little bit everyday that he is growing healthy and strong. It took her a minute to see what we were having, apprentaly he was in a funny position which made me worried, but she said he would move, and most likely does flips in there all day. He finally did I guess because she figured it out. We talked to the doctor briefly and he answered some questions, they took my pee and blood pressure yay!

 As soon as we got out of there we ran over to meet our friends so we could find out the big news together, while Margeaux took these wonderful pictures of our priceless reactions! 

When I first got the impression we should try I felt really strongly that a baby girl was waiting to come down. But then just a couple days ago I started to think it was a boy and so did David. So when we opened the card I wasn't really surprised but at the same time I was. I think if it had been a girl I would feel the same way, just shocked in general to finally know what it is.

We took video as well that I'll be posting later. It's pretty funny. 

We went to Olive Garden to celebrate and tried to find a cute boy outfit but Idaho Falls really doesn't have anywhere to shop for baby clothes, online it is I guess! So there you have it a BOY!
