Last Semester

I registered for my LAST* semester last night. My LAST semester. Oh my you have no idea how good that feels. I sometimes can't believe I actually did it. I will have actually a degree! It's been a long time coming, especially when you take a break to go to beauty school for a year and half. And especially when you think that since because you went to beauty school you won't ever be getting the degree. But Halleluiah it's happening!

Technically this is my last semester on campus since we are moving in December. I will be taking my last 4 classes online from Utah. I'm a little nervous about taking classes online, I've never done it but I won't have anything else to do until baby comes so it will be good for me.

The only sad part is I'm having to switch my major to University Studies in order to finish online. If I stayed with Art I would only have two semester but you can't really take Art classes online so University Studies it is.

It's been such a pain to switch everything over, but at the same time is has been extremely smooth. It's more time consuming than anything else. Think 3 hours of me sitting in the same office talking to 3 or 4 different advisers.

However Heavenly Father is awesome and as he promised almost two years ago he has provided a way for me to get my degree. I know he is helping me along in this process and making everything go smoothly so my stress and emotions stay low. I don't find it coincidental at all that one my teachers just so happens to be the manager over and deciding factor of if I am allowed to switch to University Studies. This teacher has been such a help to me and I know it is because he knew me before hand. I also don't find it coincidental that a lady I met way back when me and David were dating and then ended up going to hair school together now works in the Financial Aid office and has been helping me get grants and so forth.

God is great!

*funny enough all the classes I am taking relate to parenting.
