I was so so excited for this ultrasound to finally happen, I had been (still am ) feeling the worst I've ever felt in my whole life so to actually get to see the baby made me feel a lot better, and to know for sure there was really a baby growing. I was really worried I was making it up.
During the ultrasound the screen was pointed towards David and the doctor so I couldn't see at first. Davids reaction when the baby came on the screen was pretty priceless it was like he was re-living the news all over again. I wish I could take the image in my mind and put in on here for you.
The doctor printed out 3 pictures for us, which I wasn't expecting at all. I even asked before we got started if we could take some on our phones. We look at these pictures constantly it's so crazy and still pretty hard to believe I'm growing a baby!
The doctor said the baby looks totally healthy and we are right on track, besides that I haven't gained any weight, but they said that wasn't anything to worry about.
I was actually only 8 weeks along at that point which was a little disappointing I thought I was almost 10. But as of today I am 10 weeks and 5 Days the baby is the size of a lime which just makes the happiest for some reason. It's almost a relief to know the baby is growing and we should soon be out of this sickly stage.
